Submit Event: Limit access to category

On our site we have multiple groups of people that are able to create articles for their groups but only their groups.
So far when setting up Event Booking when I try to create an event my test accounts see all of the event categories. Is there a way to limit what category someone can create the event in based on their permissions in Joomla?

I have been going threw the plugins and so far I have not found anything that enables this.

Is this an option?

Unfortunately, Events Booking doesn't support this option. So small code modification would be needed. I will consider adding support for it in next release, but it will take time to implement. If I have enough time, I will try to have it available for you next week
