Weird. Submit a support ticket (

) with the login credentials for a SuperAdmin user. Tuan and team is great at figuring things like this out :)
PS: I noticed that the $ in your pricing is appearing after the price, and I'm guessing that with a Southern Alberta 403 area code that you'd want it before the price. You can change that in [Event Booking -> Configuration -> General tab -> Currency Position] and set it to [Before Amount]. Hi from next door in Saskatchewan
