Override for Router.php? was created by safeworld4women
Hi Tuan
I made some changes in router.php so I could have a slightly differrent title in the registration page url.
When upgrading to the latest version this got overriden!
My fault!
However when I tried to add Router, php as an override in html - it doesn't work
I added it as mytemplate/html/com_eventbooking/router.php
Is there a different correct way to override this file?
best

Thanks Tuan
I don't suppose there is a work around?
As I mentioned in an earlier post - it's because we are running two languages
and I would love to have the words 'individual-registration' in the url translatable or at least shortened to something less 'English'
Thanks so much

Sadly, there is no workaround. The router.php file is rarely change, so I guess you can make change, make a backup, then re-upload each time you update to future releases of the extension

Would it be possible to have the phrase "individual-registration" in a resource string, so that it could be translatable and modifiable that way?

At the moment, it is not possible. If there are more customers need it, I will consider look at it and implement it in the future

You could probably do the coding to pull from the languages file, if Tuan gave you a list of files to change. He'd most likely accept the changes after testing and implement. Similarly for other language changes (Country name, etc). -- Just a suggestion
