Group Registration not shown

Hello,

I have a problem with group registration. Based on other topics here in this forum I created a event with "Group Registration only" to collect custom fields for each registration.


But somehow the "Register" Button does not show up on the detail page of the event.



Only when I set it to "Individual & Group" or "Individual" the button shows up.

I bet I configured something wrong...

Hi Stefan

I think it happens because you are using shopping cart or you registered for the event before. Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Activate Shopping Cart config option to No and check it again to see whether it works?

If it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page. We are going to check and get it sorted for you

It worked well but was a little bit tricky to find.
I just figured out that the german translation the button is labeled "allow multiple registration" instead of "activate shopping cart"

The most important thing is that it works now
