Accidently uninstalled Payment Plugins

Hi,

Initially I was only using the Eway Payment Plugin and so I uninstalled the others to keep it simple.

Now I would like to use the PayPal Plugin and I can't get it back. I Reinstalled the component but it is still no there.

How do I get it back?
