We checked and found out the reason of the error

In old version of Events Booking, we store large images in media/com_eventbooking folder

In later versions, we change it to images/com_eventbooking folder to use Joomla Media manager for uploading images

For some reasons, when upgrade, the images which you uploaded were not moved to new location/folder and it causes the issue. Our dev moved it and it is being displayed now

Please go to your site to check it and confirm

I am experiencing this exact same issue. I've tried two ways to add the image.
1. Upload to the media/SubFolder directory, and add through the interface.
2. Upload via the 'upload' link in the interface.

Either way that I do it, the thumbnail is used, rather than the original image, in the detail view. AND the image is placed in the /media/com_eventbooking/images and /media/com_eventbooking/images/thumbs direcdtories.

And I've attached the image of my setup in the configuration file.
Is there another setting I need to change/look at?
