Registration Email

I was under the assumption that when some one registers for an event that the system would send me an email to let me know that a user had registered. This is not happening. Any ideas??

When someone register for an event, there will be notification email sent to administrator and confirmation email sent to registrant. In this case, there must be something special with your site (maybe your mail server setting is not correct...) . Please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you .

Hi All

John gave me information of his site. I logged in to his website to check and found that there was a wrong setting with his mail server. I changed the setting and it works fine now .
