Users can manage registrants from front-end

The documentation says that as field should be displayed in the configuration page/pages called "Users can manage registrants from front-end" that will grant permission to individuals to manage registrations from the front-end.

I can't find this field in any of the configuration pages. (I have version 2.12 installed and Joomla is at 3.4.

How can I grant authority for a small set of users to have this functionality? (My menu item is pointing at com_eventbooking >> Registrants management)

I think what you need to do us set up a user group (or use an existing, but not "public" or "registered" group unless your authorized registrant managers are the only registered users on your site) and assign your selected users to that group. Click [system -> global configuration], then select [com_event_booking] from the list of extensions. Click the user group that you want to have Registrant Management ability, then set the [Users can manage registrants from front-end] option to [Allowed]. [Save and Close], and you should be all set.
