Event tickets in export file not shown was created by Andrii Laguta
Hi all
I use export for the event where tickets sold, but there is no column, and in export file I did not see what ticket bought by customer.
Do I need to enable it somewhere or component not include it?
Also is it possible to choose what columns to import or to export?

Hi Andrii
Unfortunately, you cannot choose what columns to export. In your case, I don't really understand what tickets information you want to be available in the export
Could you please explain more details?

Hi Tuan
If my event contain few different tickets type with same(or different) price as organizer I need to know what registrants bought.
I need to see tickets name and amount that paid.
If a person buy 2 diferent tickets at one time to event (as example Event New Year Fun Run - ticket 5k run and ticket afterparty gala) I have to see it in export, but there is no info.
P/S
There is a bug in tickets type.
as example Event New Year Fun Run - ticket 5k run = 20 and ticket afterparty gala = 10
1. you register for 5k, make payment 20 and status change to PAID
2. you go to registrant cabinet and see ticket 5k=1 ticket afterparty gala = 0
3. you change ticket afterpaty gala = 1, make, amount change to 30, push save
4. you see in registrants list where amount is 30 and status PAID, buy you did not pay +10 for the ticket gala.
Also how to export and after inport event without lost ticket information (for migration use)
