Collect registrant data for different ticket types

Hello,
I would like to collect data from registrant when the user register for an event and event has different ticket types. See image



This fields are available but empty in the backend upon registration complete. see image





When the event doesnt have different ticket types and allow group registration fields are displayed to collect data, and basically this is what i need when different ticket types for the event.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. Ticket Types feature doesn't allow collecting registrants data. If you want to collect data, please use group registration instead

It would not posible, but why it display the blank fields in the backend after the registration is done??

I want events booking to work like in the way ticket types do (see image), but in some cases i would need to collect attendees info as explained before and as you can see in the image also the date they want to attend (booking date field). Basically what i need is a way of open events ( customers can buy tickets for they date they want ) at different prices (adults and kids, Day or night events, etc...) and in some events the need to collect attendees info( name, phone number, passport, etc....).

After all this is done and when the customers go to the venue they bought tickets for, checkin the customers by event owners. Could be great if it is through a barcode and scanned by, for example, a movile phone app (jticketing offers this feature by the way).




Can you point me in the closest way to achieve the funcionality i need?

1. For events which you don't want to collect members information, ticket types seems to be the best choice

2. For events which you want to collect members information, the only way is using group registration. You can create custom fee field to allow users to choose the ticket type they want and charge them the appropriate fee, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...wn-custom-field-type

3. If you want to checkin registrants using mobile APP, the only way is using group registration and ticket pdf features. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advanced-features/tickets-pdf
