Mass Mail for pending payments was created by Tim Vandenberghe
Hi,
I want to inform customers who have 'pending payment' that their subscription is not valid yet.
How can that be done ?
Guess that 'mass mail' button from registrants page (where you can filter on status) is a solution, but I can't find information in the documentation. Second, I think the 'mass mail' message is not saved ?
Is that possible for next release / whishlist ? Or maybe several messages ?

Hello Tim
Yes. Mass Mail in Registrants Management is the solution in this case. On that page, you can filter pending registrants, then check on the checkbox next to registrants you want to send mail mail and press Mail button button in the toolbar....
For message, it is not saved. Will consider adding support for it if there are more customers need it in the future
Regards,
Tuan

Hi,
Just found this thread as I was searching for where I found copies of Mass Mail sent out. I see it isn't stored.
I run courses and after each course like to send an email to the registrants explaining what happens with their certificates and other matters. This is a standard email.
Whilst you have said you would consider adding for future versions, I would suggest that there be an option to save or not. There are some emails that go out that are standard for all events, but some that are specific. I suppose if you send a copy to yourself or admin gets one that they are preserved anyway.
Cheers,
Ric

Hello Ric
Events Booking now support Log Emails feature, so adding support for it for storing email and make it accessible via Email Logs would be easy. Something we can consider adding support for in version 3 which I am working on right now if needed.
I think we would just log it anyway. In case you don't want to see it, you can simply delete it from Tools -> Emails Log section

Another thought Tuan.
Could you include a cc field so that copies of emails could be forwarded to people who aren't registrants but have an interest in what is going on with an event. This would be great for employer contacts for courses and also various organisers involved with an event so everyone is on the same page.
Cheers,
Ric

That's something I guess none of other customers need it. If you really need it, you can submit a support ticket, telling us the email you want to be CCed, we can help modify code to make it works like that for you
