[solved] Events Booking - Joomla Groups plugin

Hi!

I want to use the "Events Booking - Joomla Groups plugin". it is published, and in my event detail, ok, i have the "Joomla group" tab.
However, i choose a group, but when user register in frontend, he is only putted in the "register" group, not the one i have chosen in the "Joomla Group" tab of my event....

I tried with a custom group, and a standard group (Manager) but same result.

Is there something to activate somewhere? I didn't find something in the configuration.

What kind of information can i give you to help me? I use last EB version and J! version.

What's the status of the registration record? Is it Pending or Paid? Please note that Events Booking only assign users to selected Joomla users group after the registraiton complete (status Paid)

You can submit a support ticket sending us;

2. Link to the page to register for the event

Hi Tuan and thank you for your answer. That works perfectly, and that's great! (i didn't know that was depending in the status)

For all this morning, i tried to assign this function to the check-in thick (that i didn't use) but i didn't achieve that, i'm not skilled enough

So, could it be possible to charge someone of your team for doing that? That will be very useful for me... of course, i will paid the right amount for that.

Sorry Tuan, my english isn't very good. I will try to explain better :

Concerning my problem (user wasn't assigned automatically to the group choosen in the event details), you was right, after changing status to paid, the user is switched to the good Group. That's ok.

My second question was :

Instead of the status buttton (pending --> Paid), i woud like to use the "Check-in" button, in the registrant page, for changing the group of the user. The reasons are :

I want the user to be in the right groupe AFTER THE EVENT (not after the payment),
I don't use the check-in tick (no QR-code or anything else).

By this way, this feature could be a great use for me. (I use different groups for document access, after events, which are trainings)

I understand that needs to change code, so i would like to know if someone of your team can make that for me. Of course it's a paid work.
