The problem with mail body was created by nordstoyn2017
Hi!
We have a problem with the mail is sent, if it is registered for the Event. The body of the mail at all empty. With the subject all right - it is and it changes. But the body is completely empty, even though it is configured. What could be the problem?

Hi
Maybe the error happens because in Advanced Settings tab of the event, you have some empty div tags for the messages and it causes the issue
Please edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, find the messages, view HTML source of the editor, make sure all these messages are actual empty (contains no empty div tags...)
After that, check it again, the error should be sorted
Regards,
Tuan

Thanks!
Indeed it has been a problem. Component JCE left empty blocks. I change the setting and the issue is resolved.

Great. What setting you changed? Empty the empty blocks? Or JCE has an option to prevent it?
Please let me know, it would be helpful in case other customers face the same issue

Tuan

I changed the settings JCE. I use the Russian version Joomla! and JCE and so I can not quite correctly point where it changes, so if you do not understand let me know, I will tell everything in detail.
In JCE General Settings option Container and key Enter (sorry, if you do not have the correct name in English, I'm corny translated from Russian to English) you need to choose any other option except Container Div and Enter Div. Then JCE will not save the information in the form of an empty blocks (<div>& nbsp;</ div> or <div> </ div>). But if you have already had the preservation of the need to remove them and save again. Or, you can return the default editor or choose any other.
Maybe there is another way JCE with the settings, but I have not found yet. Settings Container and Enter change display specificity (no source code) which I do not like, but it's still better than getting the empty e-mail message
If I find another solution, I will write to you.
