shopping cart stops group registrations

Hi

I am setting up an after school club where parents book their children onto events. Parents may book several events, so I need the shopping cart feature, but I also need to ensure they are booking the children in as members, so I need the group booking feature as well because I am trying to collect the member information.

When I set my events to group booking only, and then activate the shopping cart, the group booking button disappears, so no bookings can be made.

When I turn on the shopping cart the group register buttons disappear. When I turn the cart off, the buttons reappear.

Is there a way to have both group bookings and the shopping cart?

(Seems I replied you via support ticket)

In Events Booking, when you enable shopping cart, group registration will be disabled (group registration and shopping cart works in very different way and could not be turned on together)

However, if I understand your requirement correctly, you can:

1. Set Activate Shopping Cart config option to Yes

2. Set Collect Members information on shopping cart to Yes

Try to change settings as mentioned, then try to register to see whether it works?
