Http Error 500 when clicking register button

When clicking the register button on an event (I only have one at this stage) I get a HTTP Error page. When I had group registrations active (turned off now) the group registration button worked and took me in to register.

Its a new website with the latest Joomla and Events Booking

Am I missing something obvious?

I don't see an obvious problem from the front end. Does the same thing happen if you enable Details for the event and click the Details button (configuration -> themes tab -> hide details button -> no)?

I'd recommend submitting a support ticket (including log-in info for a Super User account ). @Tuan and his team are excelled in fixing funny little problems like this

Yes. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page. It is late here now, so we are checking and fixing it on tomorrow morning

Update: Worked together via support ticket and fixed the issue. It is just a wrong setting with the custom fee field which customer created, corrected the fee formula and it worked well
