Again T&C empty

Hi, the terms and conditions popup is blank and does not show the correct article, which is present in the system.

Playing around, I have noticed that in the "translation" section there is still a sentence to be translated that says

"If the terms and conditions link just display an empty screen, set this config option to Yes will solve the issue" so probably there was in the past the way to fix the issue, but I can't solve the issue anymore. How can I fix it ?

Usually, the solution is creating a hidden menu item to link to that terms and conditions article. Could you please try to do that (the tip above is outdated, it is not needed anymore)

If it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you

There is a link applied to the words "Terms and Conditions" (or "Termini e Condizioni")... which you can't really tell is a link because of the site's link styling (the link text looks like the rest of the text around it).
The working link (to www.elementotango.it/tangoinlove/events-...mini-condizioni.html ) opens a popup box just fine... however, the content displayed in the popup's iFrame is that of the site's subsection homepage ( www.elementotango.it/tangoinlove/ ) instead of a T&C article. I tried opening the URL directly with the same results.
At a quick "site front-end" glance, it seems that something is breaking Joomla's linkage to the T&C article... either EB capturing the wrong URL to the T&C article (or being provided the wrong article), or the site / another component not processing the URL properly and redirecting serving the homepage content instead of the article content.

Hope this initial information helps the EB developers in diagnosing the issue
