[EVENT_DATE] problem was created by Sebastian Hoffmann
Hello,
I'm sorry that I have to contact you again but I have another problem with the additional Dates.
I use [EVENT_DATE] in the registration mails for our customers. But the user get a wrong date. He gets the date of the first event (first tab) and not the date of the additional date of the event. Do you have an idea how to solve this?

Best regards
S.Hoffmann

Hi Sebastian

Are they registered for the correct event? Or being registered for wrong event? Maybe you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at SEF router settings tab, find the config option Insert Event ID, set it to Yes

Then check it again. If the issue still happens, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and the link to the page

We will try to register to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Hi,
they are registered for the parent id not for the event they chose.
I hope there is an other way to fix it, because we already have rankings for the event and don't want to loose all.
Is it possible to use a post request to transmit the right id?

Best regards

Or is there a way to hide the id with a htaccess RewriteRule?

There is not an easy way to fix it. The idea is each children event need to have an unique alias. In case the alias is not unique, then we would get that problem

You can submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of the site and the link to the event page. We will try to check data of children events to see what's it's current alias and get it sorted

We might be able to write some code to add alias to these children events and you don't have to change settings
