Page not found - events registration

When I go to my website's event booking page, I get an error saying that it "looks like the page you are trying to visit doesn't exist". The rest of the website works fine. I've attached a screen shot. Your thoughts on what is happening?

UPDATE: when I change the Menu Item Type to "Calendar", it works. Any of the Menu Item Types "Up-Coming Events" do not work and give the page not found error.

There must be something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted for you
