No Email Sent on Group Registration from backend was created by Billy Hicks
When I receive group registrations for our meeting in the regular mail, I manually enter the information into the backend registration of Events Booking. When I do that, no email is sent to the registrant nor myself. What do I need to do to get the emails to send.
(When the group registers on the frontend, the email is generated and sent.)
Thanks in advance!

Hi Billy
When you add a new group registration from backend, the system doesn't send an email. The reason is because when you add new group registration, group members information is not available yet (group members information can only be entered in the next step)
So in this case, the easiest way is after completing enter information of the group registration from backen, go to Events Booking -> Registrants, select that registration record, then press Re-send email button in the toolbar

Thanks for the advice! I can do it that way...
I also did the last couple of group registrations from the front end and then went to back end and changed status to paid and it worked well too. Just an extra step, but not a problem at all.

Yes, that would be the only way only way for now and only happens for group registration record. When you create an individual registration record, the email will be sent right away

That's exactly what my registrations are doing. So everything is working correctly according to the way it's supposed to run. I'm good with that!!
Thanks!
