Error on cart chekout

I sometimes receive the following message when I click "checkout" or "modify cart".
Can you please help ?

Hi Neylan

This error message seems strange to me. It seems there is some javascript code error for some reasons. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page which we can register for the event and see error

We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
