PDF invoice does not use the event currency

PDF invoice does not use the event specific currency configuration but uses the global setting currency Symbol.
The impact of this is that, the registrants receives notification in £ (as £ is the event currency), the attached invoice shows the same fee but in $ (as that is the global currency setting). This caused confusion and wrong invoice so I had to turn this off for now.

Am I doing something wrong or this is a bug? Is there a code change workaround that I can apply . thanks.

To be honest, it might be a bug in the extension. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us a sample registration record which is having the issue?

We are going to check and correct the issue on your site and update the download package with the fix if the issue is valid
