When our customers book, they are able to pay either a deposit or the full amount? At a certain time, a reminder email is automatically sent by Event Booking requesting completion payment.
I'm doing the accounting at the moment, and there is no easy way to tie the deposit to the completion payment.
I noticed that the deposit payment has the registration ID included, EB_PROCESS_DEPOSIT_PAYMENT: "#[REGISTRATION_ID] - Completion payment for event [EVENT_TITLE]"
I decided to use the Registration ID in the message to the payment gateway for the initial deposit payment, so I set EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION to "#[REGISTRATION_ID] - [EVENT_TITLE] registration"
For some reason, EB_PROCESS_DEPOSIT_PAYMENT is resolving [REGISTRATION_ID] fine, but EB_EVENT_REGISTRATION does not replace [REGISTRATION_ID] with the actual registration ID.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm still on EB 2.10.1 for another couple of days, and will update soon.
