Use EB Event Plugin - Registration Not Loading

Dear All,

I have recently purchased / installed the event booking module (using Event Booking version 2.11.1 and Joomla 3.6.4).

I am currently loading an event in an article using {ebevent EVENT_ID} as described in the documentation. The article is able to load the event perfectly fine but whenever I click "Register (Individual)" or "Register (Group)" it does not load the registration page. It simply goes to an empty page with the menu and footer loading only.

FYI, if I use use {ebregister EVENT_ID} in the article, I can load the registration form perfectly fine.

Please let me know if there is something I need to do to fix the situation. Thanks.

Submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and the link to the page. We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted
