On-Site Payment Registration Email

Email confirmations and administrator emails are not being sent for on-site registrations are not being sent. These registrations show as unpublished (published = 0) and payment status = 1 in the database and they are included in the backend registrant listing.

What's on-site registration? Could you please explain more details?

Sorry, that's the term we use for os-offline.

So you are saying that when someone registers for an event use offline payment, no email is being sent? If so, that's not how the extension is designed to work, maybe something wrong with mail settings on your site

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the page which we can register for the event

We will check to see why it happens and get it corrected for you
