Group registration stopped working

Hi There,

I'm in the process of trying to launch a new website using event booking. The only problem now is that the group registration process no longer works. It was working and I've not updated anything or installed any other plugins so am a little confused. I assume it's a javascript conflict perhaps but can't find out the issue. Please can you help?
