Update doesn't work

i have Eventsbooking 2.10.0. When i use the control panel than i have the message to updat to the current version 2.10.3.
When io try to update with the joomla update it doesn't work. When i download and updtate with the newest package, it's still the version 2.10.0.

Where do you see the version 2.10.0 ? The correct version number will be displayed at the end of every Events Booking page in the backend

Could you please check it again? If it still 2.10.0, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see why it happens and get it sorted

Please see printscreen. When i try to update, it doesn't work. When i install the current Version (Download from your site) its' still Version 2.1.10
