New Registrant - Select User

Event managers have the ability to add registrations using the 'New Registrant' button. In the back-end this is from the Registrants screen, by selecting 'New' after selecting the event. In the front-end it is found in the 'Event Registrants' page, by clicking the 'New Registrant' button after selecting the event. The only difference is that the back-end version has a 'Select User' button, allowing all the data to be pre-populated just by clicking on the name of the member, but in the front-end that function is missing.
Please may that button be added to the front end. All of our event managers will be accessing the system only through the front end (for security reasons). Having the ability to pre-populate the data just by selecting the person would be enormously helpful for them.
