Confirmation message for multiple tickets Wrong!

Hi there,
I have just purchased this component and overall it is great and easy to use however I have set up an event with multiple ticket types and when I test the purchases it goes through ok to paypal but the confirmation email doesn't have any correct information about the events tickets.
It says the price is 0 and the number purchased is 0.

This is the same when I buy multiple tickets of the same event.

Please help as I haven't got much time

Hi David

If I remember correctly, I replied you via support ticket asking for more information so that I can check to see why the issue happens and get it corrected

Could you please follow up the support tickets so that we can check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted?
