Backend event overview - category was created by Marco S.
Hi!

In the backend, in the events overview i have a column for "category" and one for "event start date". Unfortunately i have some events, named exactly the same (e.g. football course). Further this course is always in the same (named) category ("outdoor") but those categories are different.

assume the following structure

all events
- location A
- - outdoor
- - - football (event)
- - indoor
- location B
- - outdoor
- - - football (event)
- - indoor

within the backend, both football events look exactly the same. And the same is with the start date. Some start at the same date but different time.

Is it possible to somehow display all parent categories and the time in the backend category view as well?

thanks

Sorry Marco. The extension can only display category which the event is assigned to, it could not display full-category tree as you want

It will take much time to make it works like that (from one to two hours), so if you really need that modification, we will have to charge you 30$ for doing this modification to make it works like that

So I guess you should use it as how it is for now

Please note that on Events management page, we have category filter at the top, so in case you want to see events from a specific category, you can just choose the category in that category filter and it should work as expected
