Multible accounts for registrants from waiting lis

Hey there,

i am currently confronted to the problem that everyone that clicks the waiting-list-link in the email (the one that is sent to everyone on the list when there is a cancellation) creates a new registration to my event. Some people now have 2 or even more registrations.

That's not really useful and is just causing a lot of confusion for everyone

Has that already been patched in the current version or is it meant to work like this?

Unfortunately, that's the limitation of the extension and I don't have a chance to address it yet. We should have a way to allow people from waiting list to make payment for their existing registration record instead of creating a complete new record like that

However, it is quite hard to implement so I will leave it to future and focus working on more important feature for now
