Bug: if you change photo from the front-end was created by Tim Stöhr
Hi Tuan, the meta data does not get changed when you EDIT the photo thumbnail on the front-end. It stays the same. This is especially annoying when sharing it onto Facebook as the picture FB takes is the one from the meta data.
Bye

Hi Tim
What meta data you are talking about? Could you please explain more details about it?
Regards,
Tuan

I can confirm this issue. I changed the thumbnail to 220px by 220px but it does not work.

In the back end (option=com_eventbooking&view=configuration) under Thumbnail width & height, I've made them both: 220
But on the front-end, it's still showing 120px by 120px: www.danzarts.org/calendar/event-calendar/fiesta-navidena

The changes will only affect new thumbnail images generated after the change. Could you please try to create a new event, upload new image to see whether there is new thumbnail size generated?

Hi Tuan, here is the way to reproduce the bug. Create an event on the back-end and upload a photo. Copy/paste the link into FB and let FB crawl your page. A photo will show up that is associated with your link.
Now go and change the picture IN THE FRONT-END VIA EDIT! Clear the cache and use the FB debugger to see what image is in the meta-data. It will not have changed.
Now go to the back-end and the event. See what picture is in there. It will still be the old picture. Click on SAVE. Now go to the front-end and have a look at what picture is shown. It is the one you inputted first into the back-end.
