Number of Registrants. was created by Elaine
I have Eventbooking 2.10.2. Since the upgrade I have noticed on the Export Registrants spreadsheet that it shows a completely different number of registrants and amounts. What is happening is something like this
Joe Smith makes a groupbooking for 2 at a cost of $40 each.
The export list goes like this:
Joe Smith - Number of Registrants 2 - amount paid $80
Joe Smith - Number of Registrants 1 - amount paid $40
Fred Smith - Number of Registrants 1 - amount paid $40
Therefore the export registrants list has a total of 4 people registered paying a total of $160.
In the past it would have shown
Joe Smith - Number of Registrants 2 - amount paid $80
Joe Smith - number of Registrants 0 - amount paid $0
Fred Smith - number of Registrants 0 - amount paid $0
Thereby giving an accurate count and an accurate amount paid.
Is there a setting or configuration I have missed?
Where I have registered groups manually in the back-end/or direct in the database this does not happen.
Thanks
Elaine

Hi Elaine
It is how it works. I guess to make it less confusing, you can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option below and change it:
1. Include Group Billing records in Registrants management, set it to No. By doing that, the first record won't be showed (Joe Smith - Number of Registrants 2 - amount paid $80)
2. Or include group members record, set it to No. Then only the first record be showed, the other two group members records not being showed
If you want to keep the old behavior, the only way is editing the code. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and I can ask my developer to edit the code to make it works like in the old way for you
Regards,
Tuan
