Data missing when doing group registration

In Event Booking, when a group of 2 or more people register for an event (whether new or existing users ) the data in several fields that they entered is not saved in the event registration records. When a single person registers for an event the data he enters is correctly stored in the event registration record. The missing data from group registrations include address, city, state, zip, phone, and email address. Not sure if this helps: The missing fields are all mapped to fields in Community Builder. For example the field named "address" is mapped to "address", etc. Other fields that are not mapped are saved correctly in the event registration records for group registrations.

In the case of an event registration by new users, whether it involves a single new user or group of new users, the correct information is being saved in the new Joomla user record and new Community Builder user record. It's just not being saved in the Event Booking registration record when groups register for an event.

I am running Joomla 3.6.2, Event Booking 2.8.1, and Community Builder 2.0.14. How can I get group registrations to save the data from all the fields in the event registration record?

I think it might happens because you config Events Booking to not displaying these fields on group members section of group registration process? Could you please send me the link to group registration page so that I can check?

Yes that was my problem. I did not have the correct Display option selected for the custom fields in question.

It would be useful to have an option where the user's web site registration information could be populated into the attendee fields for group registrants on specific events. On my site many people register as couples and the attendee details are always the same as the web site registration details.

Not sure how it should work ? I ask this because when someone register for a couple, we only have data from his own account (because only he logged in), we don't have data of other people in the group to allow populating data

You would need something like a check box on the attendees page that would say Use this attendee's Information for the website login. It's not a big deal, just a nice to have feature.
