EventBooking doesn't show the correct traduction

1) My site ist a spanish site, I used EventBooking, for which I made all the traductions. First of all, everything worked ok... and after a few days, a part of the traduction is not shown in the front-end.
You see the main problem in the two files attached.

Where is the problem? we can't identify it, and searched a good while!


2) As you see in the second picture, the fields who are identical with the registration fields are not token. At least should be the last name ("apellido") filled. We tried to install Easy Profile extension to see if it changes, but the same.

Where can we put the Profile Data to be shown inside of the form, (using the API data or the data adress of each profile field).


3) The same as the second question, but for JoomDonation and Membership Pro, (so we can unify all data sources): "where can we put the information, and if you can give me an example of the correct way to write the adress needed.

#1=> Maybe the spanish language file was broken for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket so that our developer can help checking it for you. Remember to send us super admin account of the site and the link to the page

#2=> Not sure where you want to get data from? From Joomla User profile? if Yes, then you need to map the fields in Membership Pro with the fields in Joomla core user profile. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/synchro...#joomla-user-profile

For the translation problem, I'd like to send you my site data, but I don't find any special confidential field in my topic to send these data in a safe way to you... It's not a public stuff. Which way should I do it?

Tuan, Can I send you my site data by any other way like email? Other similar Forums use to offer a private area below to send personal data, but here I can't find it.
I need your help to resolve rapidly these two problems.
