QR Code no permission to check in

Hi Tuan,

perhaps it is either too simple or too complex. I don't get the QR Code scan and check in running. I have the app on my iPhone, I scan it I can do what I want, I receive the message "You do not have permission to check in registrants".
The question is, how is actually the data transmitted? I simple log into the website as super user via iPhone and running in the background then using QRscan does obviously not check in.

Let me know how to proceed.

If you logged in using super admin account (or an account which has super admin permission), it should work

Maybe you logged in using an URL doesn't have www while QRCode URL has www and it causes the error (or vice versa)

Could you please try to login using both two urls (with and without www), then try to scan QR Code agai?
