Hello,
When a user registers for an event, the notification email address configured isn't getting emails notifying them of the new registration.
The user gets the registration email, but I also need to send a notification to an email alias of that user registering for the event, and this is not working.
I've tested that I can send a normal email to the address configured in "Notification emails".
I've tested that users are getting confirmation when registering for an event.
i've configured "Notification emails" under configuration of "Components > Event Booking > Configuration".
Am I missing something?

Hi Mike
Maybe you entered a different email in the event? Please edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, find the parameter Notification emails, make sure it is empty?
I am thinking that you entered a different Notification Emails for the event and that's the reason causing the issue. Could you please check?

Try to change it to a different email. If it still doesn't work, submit a support ticket so that I can check it directly on your site for you
