Real problem with photos frontend -> backend

There is a real big problem:
1. registered users create new Event with photo from frontend
2. confirmation about this Event goes to administrator's email to approve it.
3. when administrator goes to backend to watch this new Event - the photo of the Event is lost. After administrator approved - Event will be published without photo.
What should I do?

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket giving us access to your site so that we can check this issue directly on your site?
