Uploading package file and receive error message: Unable to find install package; Jinstaller::Install: Can't find XML setup file. Please advise. Thank you.

Usually, it happens because you forgot to unzip the received package before installing. Please follow up the support ticket which you submitted so that we can help installing it for you
