wrong payment total when using ticket type plugin was created by ScottyMac
Hello.
I have enabled the ticket types plugin and set the adult price to $50 and Child price to $30. This shows up well in the details. In the Event Detail of Basic Information tab I set the price to $45 (as a test). If I set it to $0 then the event is free. My problem is when an individual goes to register, the price already reflects 1 adult ticket at $45 even though 0 adult tickets are chosen in the ticket information quantity column. If I set adult tickets to 1, the price changes to $95. How can I get the price listed in the basic information tab not to be added to the total when using the ticket type plugin?
BTW
I read all about the subject on the page:
eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/miscell.../ticket-types-plugin
but there is another link for more information on that page which is invalid. See:
"This plugin allows you to define multiple ticket types for an event,
see joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/featur...ultiple-ticket-types
I am not using a shopping cart.

Hi Scott
You need to setup:
1. Price of the event to 0
2. Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Show Price for Free Event, set it to No so that it won't be treated as free event
Please try to change the setting as I suggested, then check it again and let me know the result
Regards,
Tuan
