Import does not work either was created by Juergen Gunter
First I exported the events I manually created. Couldn't open it, changed to cvs and at least I can see the events and work on it.

Import doesn't work either! This is a major problem. If there is no import function, the product is pretty useless. We receive hundreds of trainings I cannot edit them all. I tried to upload the cvs file in the same format as I exported it, doesn't work. I need urgent feedback.

Hi Juergen

Import does works. So maybe there is something wrong with the data in your csv file. Also, have you tried to use Google Chrome? Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the file you are trying to import

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and guide you to correct it

I have not heard anything back. In between we solved the issue by importing data directly into the database. Definitively the ID field has to be empty. Obviously the auto incrementionionof the ID causes an issue.

I am sorry. It seems we don't see your support ticket (at least I don't see any open ticket belong to your account at the moment), so I could not check it yet

If you can submit a support ticket (maybe again), I will be happy to check it myself to see why it happens and get it sorted so that you don't have to import it directly via database
