Registrants list was created by Simon Shaw
I'm want/need to be able to allow event administrators to download a list of registrants for an event that they can use as a register on the day of attendance.
The event allows individual and group registration and I have some important custom fields that apply to the individual and group billing forms (but not to group members - however I do need the information to be recorded in the group billing to be associated and shown as part of the group members records).
If I export registrants without including the group billing information then the fields for the group member are blank (because it is recorded as part of the group billing).
If I include the group billing then the list of registrants is difficult to manage as a register because the group billing fields have to be copied and pasted into the group member fields and then the group billing rows deleted.
I had hoped that the feature of being able to copy group member responses might provide a solution (moving the custom fields to the group member forms - but I'm not happy with the way that all group member information is copied, including "core" fields such as name and contact details.
a) am I missing something that will allow me to export a list of registrants including information from the group billing records?
b) could an option be put into custom fields that a response to a group billing field is also stored against each individual group member (rather than it having to entered and copied for each member)?
c) could there be two separate exports - 1) for exporting a register for the event (and including group billing fields associated with each group member, and 2) export the billing information separately (in my case for post event offline billing and payment).?
d) could core fields not be copied as part of the group member copies - or have an option in each custom field definition as too whether it is copied.

Hi
Unfortunately, the export registrants feature is not flexible like that:
1. If you only want to export billing records, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Include Group Members records in registrants management, set it to No. Then export
2. If you only want to export group members records, go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Group Members records in registrants management config option to Yes, set Include Group Billing records in Registrants mamangement to No, then run the export. In this case, only group members will be exported
That's all you can do, unfortunately
Tuan

Thanks Tuan, I'll do my own customisations for now - perhaps you could consider b), c) and d) as future features requests.
