WAITING LIST message available tags

I would like to include some information about the user registering to a waiting list in the "Waitlist notification message". If I am not worng the available tags are:[EVENT_TITLE], [FIRST_NAME], [LAST_NAME].
How i possible to include something like [PHONE],

All the tags you are talking about is supported. If you want to include any fields, just use the syntax [NAME_OF_CUSTOM_FIELD_IN_UPPERCASE]

Hi, I inserted the tag you suggeted but the nessage received just contains the tag as I inserted not valued.
The attachements show the message setup and the message received.

Ec, it is just the syntax to use. You will have to enter the tag base on the custom field you want to insert into the message

For example, if you have a custom field with name eb_cellulare, you can use the tag [EB_CELLULARE]. is it clear?
