My list of registrants is incomplete

Hello,

I'm facing the follwing problem:
The registrants lists for my events (I've setup 2 events) is incomplete.
For exemple for one of my events, when I go to Setup teb / Events menu In #registrants column I could read 41 registrants. But when I go to Registrants tab, the list is displaying only 26 registrants.
The CSV export is not complete either.

Another problem is that in registrants lists, the Event column is empty.

My configuration:
- PHP 5.6.23
- MySQL 5.5.46
- Joomla! 3.6.1
- EventBooking 2.8.1

Update:
In a local copy, I've updated EventBooking to the last version and made a Tools/Fix database schema.
In registrants list I can now see the event name in the event column but some regsitrants are still missing.

Hi Delemo

I believe we replied you via support ticket. However, I would like to explain it again here in case someone who has same questions:

1. To know exactly number of registrants, you will have to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set "Show incomplete payment records" config option to No. The reason is because Events Booking doesn't count the person who selects to use online payment methods such as PayPal but don't make payment as registrants

2. In the list of registrants, you might have some group registration records with number registrants = 2, 3, 4..... The sum of number_registrants of all registration record will give you total number of registrants

So since you are having some group registration records, the number of of registrants will be smaller than number registrants of the event

Thank you for your reply.
Yes it was a misconfiguration of my sites.
I need to choose:
- Show incomplete payment records / Yes, (so I could call user to see why he couldn't register for my event)
and
- Include Group Billing Records in registrants management / Yes (to see group registrants)
