Can I change determination of Group Name for regis

Currently, when I look or export the registrants list for my event, those who are in a group and listed by the billing group members name. I would like to change that group name to another field in the registration called "School." This way I can sort the members by name of their school instead of their billed name.

Is there a way to be able to change the group name designation?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change. However, you can submit a support ticket, we can help editing the code to change it for you to use School custom field for group name
