Help issue with payment plugin fialure was created by Kelly Comerford
We are running the latest version of event booking with the first data / payeasy plugin. The gateway id and password are correct. However when someone attempts to make a payment we receive the error
our registration was failure
Reason
Client error response [status code] 401 [reason phrase] Unauthorized api.demo.globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com/transaction/v11
Is there a fix for this issue? Thank you.

Hmmm.... The word DEMO appears in the URL. Is the payment plugin set to a sandbox / test mode?

We tried it in both live mode and test mode and get the same failure

Hi Kelly
Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to registration page. We will check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it sorted. From the error message, I think it must be something with your First Data account but I need to check it first
