Import Export Help

I notice an import/Export feature now available, but don't see any documentation on this.

I set up a test event and exported it.
With the exported excel file I added 2 more test events, but every time I import it, it says 0 events imported.

I tried;
Adding/removing ID
CSV(utf8) & XLSX
changing event titles

Always fails.

I attached my sample import files here & welcome any help/advice.

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin of your site and the Excel file. I will have my developer check your Excel file to see what's wrong with the data and guide you to correct it
