Auto reminder: CRON + attachments was created by Elnino38
Hi Tuan,

Two questions:
  • do I need to set up a CRON task for the event booking auto reminder feature. If I do where do I find the information. This question apply to the latest version (2.10.1) but also to an old version I am running on a site (1.4.5)?
  • can we attach documents to the reminder email (old and new EB version)?

(edited) - I saw that we just need to publish the plugin ebreminder for the reminder, so it should be all right for this question unless you tell me there's a setting I missed.

Thanks.

Hi

Yes. You only have to publish the ebreminder plugin. For attachment, unfortunately, we don't have a way to send attachment in reminder email

Regards,

Tuan
