Invoice settings

I have set up the option for users to make a deposit for an event which is fixed dollar amount. When I am testing as test user, I choose the event and choose deposit option. It does not reflect the deposit made as a deduction to reflect in the new balance for the event in the pdf form invoice sent to the user. Can i make change to to show this option for deposit made? I see there is discount option.

Could you please attach the invoice which you receive at the moment and tell us how you want to change it? That would help us understand the problem better to find a solution

Hello Thanks for your response.
I have attached a screen shot of the email received from the end user. Please note where the "discount" would be I changed it to "deposit" and that didn't help. I have changed it back to discount field.

I made the change in the configuration page under invoice settings. I scrolled down to the invoice template, and made the change as you stated. I then tested after the saving the configuration. I have attached the results below. It did not produce the results as expected. I am wondering if I need to make the change in any other area of the component? Thanks for your help, Pedro

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check to see why it happens and get it sorted

Was support for [DEPOSIT_AMOUNT] tag added? I tried to implement this yesterday on my invoices and just ended up with the tag displaying.
Also, is there a "Balance Due" tag that subtracts the deposit from the total amount?

Seems I forgot to add support for these tags in invoice. Will try to work on it later today or during the weekend

Is this still not inplemented? Invoice still show just tag.

Checked the code and seems the tag is not available. Will work on it and update it to the package soon, sometime next week it will be available (together with some other improvements in new version 2.13.2). Please be patient and wait for me
