Restrict access to Group Registration

I am trying to identify whether it is possible to restrict the ability to submit a Group Registration to a certain Joomla user group?

In my Event Booking setup, I have Group Registration activated on all events. I have two groups of members - Full and Associate. Full members should be allowed to submit an Individual or Group Registration, while Associates should only be allowed to submit an Individual Registration.

Is it possible to restrict Group Registrations to only Full members?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict access to Restriction Type (Individual /Group registration) base on access level

So if you want to have it works like that, you will need to customize the code of the extension

I thought that might be the case.

If it becomes a major issue, I'll probably just hack up a quick template override to work around it.
