Hello,
I just realised that Event booking hasn't been sending any confirmation emails to customers! I hadn't realised as I had been receiving admin confirmation emails.
I have traced the fault to the following... when you add an email attachment to an event in the backend, Event booking is adding a pipe at the start of the string, e.g. instead of "attachment.pdf" being saved into the database, "|attachment.pdf" is being stored.
Can this be fixed? But more importantly, how can I resend booking confirmation emails to all of the people who registered since I attached the pdf, i.e. those who have not received a confirmation email. At the moment, the only way I can see is to go through each registration, tick next to their name, and click on resend email. This will take me hours. There doesn't seem to be a field in the registrants table where I can change 1 to 0, like the is_deposit_reminder_sent field.
You help is greatly appreciated. PS: I'm still using event booking 2.9.1. I can't use Mass mail as the [Location] field isn't available, and with the shopping cart, the location is no longer included in the confirmation emails.
Regards,
D

Hi
Yes. I will check and fix the issue if it is valid. This should be fixed to download package later today
For resend booking confirmation emails, I am sorry but the only way is to resend it manually as you figured out. Maybe I can edit the code so that you can check on multiple checkboxes to resend emails to multiple registrants, that would help saving sometime. However, I think you should only re-send 10 to 20 registrants each time as I am worry that we will get timeout issue if we try to re-send emails to too many registrants at a time
Regards,
Tuan
